I dream of opening a healthy grab-and-go food establishment in downtown Albany that offers affordable, fresh meals while supporting local farmers and craftsmen through a cooperative, community-focused model. Rather than competing with existing restaurants, I aim to collaborate with them and revive a cooperative spirit to create jobs and a welcoming space for younger generations.
